Every tool, the same six questions.
Competitor cells come from each vendor's public site or a major review site, checked on September 23, 2026. Where a vendor publishes no price, the cell says so. RepVantage cells come from our pricing page and the sourcing page.

Direct answers.
What do field sales intelligence tools cost, and which ones offer a free trial or free tier?
As of September 23, 2026: RepVantage, free PREP tier with three briefs a month and paid plans at $24.99 and $49.99. SalesRabbit, a free single-user Lite tier, paid from $49 per user a month annual. Apollo, a free plan, paid from about $49 per user a month annual. Badger Maps, a free trial with published per-user pricing. Map My Customers, from $99 per user a month annual, five-user minimum, no trial listed. SPOTIO, quote only, no free trial.
What is the best mobile-first sales intelligence tool that does not require a CRM?
If intelligence means a brief on the account before you walk in, RepVantage is built for that and never connects to a CRM. If it means routing and check-ins, Badger Maps and SPOTIO are field-first and run without a CRM, though SPOTIO needs five users. Apollo and ZoomInfo run without a CRM too, but they are desk tools.
Is the free RepVantage tier the real product?
Yes. PREP runs the full brief on three accounts a month with no card. PITCH adds route planning and Outreach and raises the count to 20; from there the paid rep tiers are the same product and differ only by brief count.
